What do I earn?
An agreed rent based on the property and the individual agreement.
What does the operator do?
The operator handles the guest-facing accommodation business and takes the short-stay booking and operating risk.
What does the landlord do?
The landlord remains the property owner and fulfils the responsibilities agreed in the Company Let. Exact maintenance and property responsibilities depend on the individual agreement.
Who actually rents my property?
Depending on the property and suitability, this may be Apex Stays or another suitable operator introduced through our network.
But how do I know my property will be looked after?
